Britannic Place celebrates success at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards

June was a memorable month for everyone at Britannic Place Financial Management as we celebrated our most successful year yet at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards.

Having joined the Chamber around five years ago, this was the fourth year we have entered the awards. While we have been fortunate enough to reach the finals on three occasions, previous years saw us shortlisted in just a single category and we had never quite managed to take home an award.

This year was different.

Finalists in Three Categories

We were delighted to be named finalists in three categories: Excellence in Professional Services, Excellence in Customer Service, and Micro Business of the Year. To be recognised in multiple categories was a fantastic achievement in itself and reflected the hard work, dedication, and commitment shown by every member of our team.

Excellence in Professional Services Winners

The highlight of the evening was being announced as winners of the Excellence in Professional Services Award. This recognition was particularly special because it was open to professional services firms from across both Herefordshire and Worcestershire, making it a highly competitive category.

The celebrations did not end there. We were also Highly Commended in the Micro Business of the Year category, placing second among an impressive field of businesses from across the two counties. While we were not successful in the Excellence in Customer Service category, we were honoured to have been selected as one of only five finalists.

A Special Achievement for Our Team

Over the years, we have been fortunate to receive recognition through a number of national financial services awards. However, there was something uniquely special about this achievement. These awards recognise businesses from a wide range of sectors and industries and celebrate the strength, innovation, and success of the local business community that we are proud to be part of.

The awards dinner itself is one of the highlights of the local business calendar and certainly lived up to expectations. We were delighted to take our entire team to the event because achievements such as these are never the result of one individual. They reflect the collective efforts of every member of the Britannic Place team, all working together with a shared goal of helping our clients live their best lives.
