I have extensive experience in leadership, operations, HR, and technology management within a fintech environment.

On a day-to-day basis, I lead and support the team through 1-2-1s, check-ins, performance management, and development planning. I oversee operational processes, implement and improve systems and technology, manage projects, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. I also drive process improvements, coordinate strategy initiatives, and foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.

Where you'll find me after work

I love cooking and experimenting with recipes from different cultures. I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the beautiful countryside where I live. I’m passionate about good food and wine, and I also love traveling to discover new places and experiences.
