MoneyAge Awards 2022: Micro Wealth Management Firm of the Year

Each year, the MoneyAge Awards recognise an array of personal finance specialists across the UK.

They look into those who have excelled in the field of consumer finance with their product provision, innovation, focus on value, and customer service. A win in any category is a mark of commitment and professionalism, and great news for the winner’s clients too.

This year, MoneyAge named us the Micro Wealth Management Firm of the Year. This award recognises the wealth management firm, with 10 or fewer employees, that has proven itself a cut above the rest when it comes to meeting the ever-complex needs of its clients.

Steve Perera and Dean Poulson headed to London for the event and were presented with the unexpected award from standup comedian Hal Cruttenden.

The judging panel described Britannic Place Financial Management as “a firm with a passionate leader, a well-resourced company, and a business with happy clients.”

MoneyAge also shared a few of the reasons Britannic Place won the award.

In particular, it was noted that we ensure our clients’ journeys “follow a clear process”.

This makes us especially proud. The client journey that we’ve created allows us to look deeply into our clients’ financial situations and produce recommendations and implementation strategies that are bespoke to each individual’s needs. We work with clients to help them set and achieve their financial goals.

Part of our process is to take our clients through a several scenarios and stress-test the forecast, highlighting the impact of any recommendations that we have made. We also offer specific advice as necessary, helping our clients with their most important financial decisions.
